Turkey Chill Fry

It's sort of like a beanless chili

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1/2 tbsp diced garlic
  • 2 bell peppers diced
  • 1 tomato diced
  • salt
  • pepper
  • baharat (or all spice)
  • chopped parsley optional

Instructions

  1. Place on a pot on medium to high heat. Add the diced onions and turkey. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook until the juices run clear and the turkey is no longer pink.

  2. Add the garlic. Stir

  3. Add diced bell peppers. Cook for about 5 minutes.

  4. Add diced tomatoes. Cook until the tomatoes have formed a sauce.

  5. Add the baharat or all spice. Stir. Add salt, pepper and garlic to taste. Add parsley, if using. Enjoy!
