Ingredients

  • 3 cups mixed nuts walnuts, almonds, pistachios, cashews
  • 1 cup seeds pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, flax
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chopped, or chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F

  2. Add the nuts, seeds, olive oil and honey to a bowl. Mix.

  3. Scoop the mixture onto a baking sheet and spread flat.

  4. Bake the granola for about 25 minutes. Remove the tray from oven. Let the granola cool completely, for a few hours, before storing into a tightly sealed container. If, after letting your granola cool, it is still soft, you'll want to bake it a bit longer.
