Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F
Add the nuts, seeds, olive oil and honey to a bowl. Mix.
Scoop the mixture onto a baking sheet and spread flat.
Bake the granola for about 25 minutes. Remove the tray from oven. Let the granola cool completely, for a few hours, before storing into a tightly sealed container. If, after letting your granola cool, it is still soft, you'll want to bake it a bit longer.
